Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing to complain about a snack bar wich has opened recently near my flat. The snack bar is in the HAPPY Street Macau. It opned about five months ago. It is called ‘Kila Snack bar’. This snack bar causes many problems.
There is too much noise from the snack bar. The food and the staff are too dirty. There are too many people complain that they are dirty. The snack does not close until 1 a.m. I cannot do my homework because of the noise.
There is a danger of an advertising sign. There is too little hygiene at this snack bar. There isn’t enough clean water. They do not wash the dishes properly. There are too many miscellaneous collection of goods. There are too many dogs and cats near the snack bar. There are too much rubbish on the ground, but there are too few litter bins.
There are too many tables and chairs on the pavement. There isn’t enough space to walk down the road.
I hope you can send an inspector to look at this snack bar and to solve these problems soon.
